With views of the Atlantic Ocean and just steps from the sand, this is the perfect place to unwind with family or friends. The condo features an open living area, a private balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen—everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Bluewater East offers guests convenient access to a seasonal outdoor pool, elevator service, and assigned parking. You're just a short walk from great dining options, mini-golf, and beach shops. For a day of family fun, head to nearby Northside Park, where you’ll find walking trails, playgrounds, fishing piers, and seasonal events. You’re also close to Fenwick Island and the Maryland/Delaware line, where more attractions, water parks, and local favorites await.
To keep cleaning costs low, guests are asked to bring their own linens. For your convenience, we offer a $50 linen drop-off service, which includes sheets, pillowcases, towels, and bathmats. Please return linens in the provided bag at checkout.

Headline: Great place for families! Positive: The condo was very clean & comfortable. All the furniture was clean & the kitchen was fully stocked! It was wonderful to be a few steps to the beach & the pool! The owners had board games, boogie boards, beach chairs & umbrellas. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was GREAT! Out of the hustle and bustle of downtown OCMD, still with plenty of things to do within walking distance and restaurant selections. Short drive down to the boardwalk. Super responsive when contacted and helpful. Definitely recommend.

I don't often leave a review, but this time I have to. 2 families stayed in Kelly's 3 BR condo in OC July 18-22, 2025 and it was PERFECT. The rooms are spacious (2 BRs had a double +twin; 1 BR had a King) and situated in the condo for privacy. The location was great - one short block walk to the beach! Parking was plentiful. The condo was big enough that a 5 year old could get up and play in the morning and not bother the teens! It's much closer to Fenwick than I realized, but we end up driving up and down from OC to Rehoboth and back again every time we go to the beach. It isn't as walkable as other places I've stayed in OC - can't walk to restaurants or stores as easily. But if the pool and the beach are your priorities, and you're happy to drive to shops, boardwalks and restaurants, and you want a clean, quiet condo oceanside for up to 6, this is your spot! We will definitely book again!

We had an amazing time at the condo. Parking was so convenient and close to the elevators due to the design of the parking lot around the building. Very easy walk to the beach and on the busiest weekend of the summer there was still plenty of room on the beach. The place sleeps ten and we only had six, but could have easily fit ten with a blow up mattress. The living room is very large. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The hosts were very responsive and clean up expectations for our departure were very reasonable. We will definitely be back!!!
